葡萄牙新型轻质金属面板材料研发企业寻找合作伙伴

    葡萄牙一家新型材料研发公司,目前开发出了一种新型轻质金属面板,该面板可用于机场跑道建设。该技术克服了常用夹心板材的几大问题,如:生产工序复杂、费用过高、平整度等。该公司愿意接受不同类型的合作协议。

 此外,这种材料还可用于应急避难所的建造。尖端材料学和建造技术的使用或许能为个人或集体提供生产轻质板材的新型解决方案。轻质合金薄板能生产出轻型超强材料,这种材料能够加工成焊接夹层结构。焊接夹层结构表面的几何形状让装置能够改变形状,当地填充材料能以最有效的方式吸收能量。

 A Portuguese SME, working in the development of new materials, has developed an innovative lightweight metal panel that can be used in the building of rapid airplane runways. The developed technology overcomes several problems of the common sandwich panels like production complexities, high cost, the flatness of the panels among others. The company is open for different types of collaboration agreements.

 They can be also used in emergency shelters. The use of advanced material science and fabrication techniques may provide a new and novel solution to manufacture light panels for individual, collective or platforms protection. Using lightweight alloys in the form of thin plates, which are joined together to produce a light strong material that can be fabricated into welded sandwich structures. The geometric shape of the fabricated skin allows the unit to deform and absorb energy in a most efficient way with local filler materials.

 The developed technology has the following advantages over existing panels: - Higher volume production
- Lower manufacturing cost and in-situ production
- Curved and free form design capability
- Functionalities embedded in open panels for: sensors, pipes, wiring, electrical...
- Produced with conventional manufacturing processes (cutting, forming and welding)
