Polish micro company specialized in the field of optimizing of solid fuel burning has developed special technology for improving of biomass’s heating power. Technology is dedicated for pellets producers and industrial or household pellets’ recipients. Pellets may be manufactured from any kind of biomass. Improving of heating power is from 18% to 22%. The company is looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Details:
Polish small company offers special technology for improving of heating power of pellets from wood wastes and straw. The technology this is special powder additive. Use of the additive is designed to raise the upper calorific value of biomass with the maximization of the heat resulting of the combustion (improving of heating power). The additive is added in the pellets’ production process in amount of 1,5 kg per 1000 kg of biomass (0,15%). Additive improving pellets’ heating power from 18% to 22% what reduce the amount of burned pellets average 20%. The effect of improving of heating power is obtained thanks to controlling the Boudouard’s reaction in the stack of combustion fuel. Expected effect of improving of heating power is mainly observed at the output of boilers and furnaces with adjusted blast. Evidence of the initiation of the additive in the stock of combusting fuel is change of flames color from yellow to bright yellow convert to white. The company is looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance.
