A Turkish company with 45 staff in three offices is an engineering company specialising in different machinery designs. The company provided design services to major Turkish press manufacturers for special press machines and with that experience they developed their patented Servo Press machine working with hybrid technology.
The main difference of this press from the others is that the press mechanism has two inputs, first one is a flywheel driven by normal asynchronous motor and the other is servo motor. This means that the press has two cranks. First crank rotates constantly, the other crank which is driven by servo motor rotates in synchronous to first crank in order to achieve desired trajectory of slide.
