德国一家跨国汽车零部件供应商寻求低延展性金属成型技术,以进行大容量应用。仍出于实验室阶段和已经充分开发的技术均可。该公司在欧洲(主要是德国),北美和亚洲拥有研发机构,欢迎能够提供相应解决方案的企业,研究机构和教育机构通过特许权协议或共同开发的方式进行合作。

 技术条件/要求:

公司寻求符合以下条件的技术。若技术不能达到目前的要求,需保证其有潜力在最多两年的发展期内达到要求。

 能够将1毫米左右厚度的低延展性金属进行小半径,锋利形变和深冲压加工。

能够快速将金属加热到以下温度区间的温度:能够将600毫米x800毫米x<1.2毫米的坯料在10秒周期时间内加热到250摄氏度-900摄氏度

 公司对激光加热技术进行了调查研究,但需要此项技术的去本地化解决方案。由于预热问题和材料本身的厚度,材料从热炉转移到机床的过程中会难以保持温度和稳定性。理想的解决方案是类似于机床内加热技术,能够避免材料的转移和机床寿命的减少。

 A multinational automotive supplier with research and development locations in Europe (in particular Germany), North America and Asia is seeking technologies to form metals with low ductility for high volume applications. The technology offered can either be at laboratory stage or fully developed. Industry, research organizations and academia with suitable solutions are welcome for a licensing agreement or joint development.

 Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The company is seeking a technology that meets the following specifications. If the technology is not able to meet the specifications today, there should be a promising potential that it will do so within a development time of up to two years.

- Production of tight radii, sharp shape changes and deep draw in low ductility metals on the order of 1mm thick.
- Interest in technologies that can rapidly heat metals to one of two temperature ranges: approximately 250C and 900C - for 600mm x 800mm x <1.2mm blank with less than 10 second cycle times.

The company has investigated laser heating, but needs a non-localised solution. With preheat and material thickness, material handling from oven to tool makes maintenance of temperature and material stability difficult. An ideal solution could look like in-tool heating without material transfer and degradation of tool life.
