荷兰公司寻求能够提供3D测量用接触探头(纳米级精确度,高速,低探测力度)的合作伙伴

    荷兰一家研发和生产坐标测量机高精度接触探头的公司寻求合作。这种特殊探头是全球唯一一款能够进行纳米级3D高速探测扫描的探测器。公司正在寻找研发、制造合作商和测量机械领域的终端用户。  

创新方面:相比于传统的3D探头,此产品的精确度高出前者50多倍。另外,可以结合细如发丝的探针使用,可测量直径极小的孔洞(如微米级通道和燃料喷射器)和其它极小的对象。同事,探测力很小,以此最大限度降低了探测过程中对对象的破坏并提高了探测速度。此款探头将全3D测量技术引入了纳米测量市场.

 A Dutch SME company is specialised in the development and manufacturing of high precision probe systems for coordinate measuring machines. This specific probe is the only freely available probe in the world that can perform 3D high speed (scanning) measurements with nanometer uncertainty. The company is looking for co-operations with developers and manufacturers or end-users mainly in the area of measurement machines.

 Innovative Aspects:
Compared to conventional 3D probes, their products' accuracy is about 50 times better. Furthermore, it can be supplied with probe tips as thin as a hair, to measure holes with extremely small diameters (e.g. micro channels and fuel injectors) or other miniaturized parts. Also, probing forces are really small, thus damages due to measurements are minimized and speed of the measurement is maximized.
This probe introduces true 3D measurements to the nanometrology market.
